Product Description
ORTIGIA is a product for stain protection of all high and medium porosity building surfaces such as: terracotta, terracotta, clinker, cement and natural stones. Applied on materials, it interacts with the substrate preventing the migration of salts to the surface and simultaneously develops an increase in surface tension (hydro-oil repellency). It does not create films, therefore it does not change the permeability to water vapor.
METHOD OF USE
Apply only on perfectly clean and dry surfaces. Avoid using it in the hottest hours of the day. The application can be performed with a brush, fleece or spray. Spread 2-3 coats of ORTIGIA and leave to dry for at least two hours after the last coat before trampling.
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE: use GREEN / MEGRIN / GLOSSY at 1-3%
EXTRAORDINARY OR CONSERVATIVE MAINTENANCE: if 3 coats of ORTIGIA have been applied, a light application of the product every 1-2 years is sufficient to restore the initial state of the treatment; if 3 coats of ORTIGIA have been applied plus 1-2 coats of LIMO, apply the latter only once a year.
